Marcin Socha, Ph.D.
Ph.D., senior research fellow at the Center for Asian Affairs at the University of Lodz, assistant professor at the Department of Asian Studies of the University of Lodz. Areas of research: Japan’s foreign policy in Northeast Asia, energy security and climate cooperation in Northeast Asia, Japan-V4 cooperation, Japan’s diplomatic relations and investment in Central and Eastern Europe. Current research projects focus on Japan’s export strategy of nuclear power generation and other energy-related technologies, Japan-Russia cooperation in the Far East and concentration of executive power in the hands of the prime minister throughout the second Abe administration.
